Our Retreats are designed to help you improve your well-being, targeted to your individual needs.

Our Wellness Retreats are designed to help you improve your well-being, targeted to your individual needs. VEDA's retreats run from 4 to 7 days and can also be conducted privately at your convenience in the comfort of your own home.

During the first two days you will work in private sessions with our experts to setup your personalised wellness programme. Ample free time is dedicated to unwinding in the beautiful surroundings.

Each of our Wellness Retreats alchemises elements of Yoga, Meditation, Breath work, Ayurveda, Nutrition and expert talks, depending upon your individual needs.

Each session offers present moment healing and gifts you with take home tools to inspire an enduring change in your daily life.

Your choice of three healthful meals per day or a therapeutic fasting protocol will be selected depending upon your individual goals, all based upon your consultation with the doctor.

Dive deeply into a retreat schedule which starts early mornings with yoga and breath work practice. Expert talks offer inspirational teachings and the opportunity for deep questioning, leading to evolutionary conversations and self-exploration. All sessions are curated to spark curiosity and moments of self-realisation, ultimately catalysing personal transformation. We promote healthy growth through therapeutic sessions that restore self and develop the mind.

The nine conditions—sickness, incompetence, doubt, delusion, fatigue, overindulgence, confusion, lack of perseverance, and regression—are major causes of sorrow and pain, disturbing the mind and leading to distractions and loss of mental peace. These create symptoms like mental discomfort, negative thinking, and difficulty in controlling breath.

Healing reveals our spiritual reality, including qualities like love, compassion, strength, and joy. These essential aspects help awaken the transcendent and lead to personal liberation and development.

Our enquiry-based practice deepens self-awareness, integrating inner qualities such as love, peace, and clarity, which have been hidden by unconscious beliefs. Movement and breath work also help engage the wisdom of the body.
